Buy Watch Winders uses FedEx to ship our packages. Please read below for shipping details.
FedEx Home(Residential) deliveries are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. FedEx Express and Ground(Commercial) shipments are delivered Monday through Friday.
Packages are usually shipped out in less than 24 hours except on weekends. Customers will usually receive their order in 3-7 business days via ground shipping.
All orders must be placed before 9AM PST(M-F) for same day shipment.
Canada Orders: Deliveries to Canada are subject to additional customs fees and duties. The additional fees are calculated into the cost of shipping when checking out.
Other Countries: Deliveries to Countries outside the US and Canada are handled by Bongo. Please click here for more information.
Our Return Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the order date. A refund will be issued (less the actual cost of shipping), unless the product was defective or an incorrect product was shipped to you. Please Contact Us for a return authorization form to process your return. Buy Watch Winders will not reimburse for any damages or defects caused to your watch. We do not guarantee that our watch winders will wind all brands of automatic, manual, kinetic, or replica watches.
Our Exchange Policy: If product you received a product that was defective, an incorrect product, or simply were not satisfied. We will exchange it within 30 days of your order date. Please Contact Us for a return authorization form to process your exchange.
For all returns and exchanges, items must be returned in brand new, unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment.
For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will not pay or reimburse return shipping postage on any return items.
Please contact us before returning to receive authorization or your return will not be accepted.
If a package is refused upon delivery, the original shipping cost and the cost of shipping the item back to us will be deducted from your order.
