We recently purchased from you qty 2 Versa Power adapters, but they are a different shape to the one shown. When we attached them they didn't work so would you let us know the DC voltage that the Adapter gives out on the one shown above and we will measure the 2 Adapters we have.

I took a fly on purchasing a Diplomat winder off eBay that had no guarantee of working because it had no AC adapter. I looked around and found this site and bought the adapter. Everything is hunky-dory!!
